Ferald's Ice-Cream Beach Delight

Life is a beach for Ferald. On one of the hottest days of the year, you'll find him relaxing under the sun, and gulping down an ice-cream soda. He gets up pretty early to be by himself, there's nothing like pretending that the entire beach belongs to you. And nothing more satisfying than having the sand beneath your paws, and feeling the weight of the world being lifted off your shoulders. A lingering calm comes over the sky, as the seagulls make their daily round. In its splendor, the atmosphere can warm your heart, and you can lose yourself in a picturesque realm. Ferald doesn't do anything in the heat of the moment, instead, he does it all for the cool in him.

Ferald's Hula Wreath

Ferald can be a silly one during the Holiday Season. It's pretty much a given he'll empty out his closet, and string together some colorful light bulbs. He'll do his best to set up his Christmas Tree and deck those halls and all that stuff. But what he'll usually end up with, are bulbs all tied and stuck together to his Christmas Wreath. Ferald will do his best to untangled the bulbs, and in the process, he'll end up decorating himself from head to toe. Who needs a Christmas Tree when you have a Christmas Hula Wreath wrapped around your waist. Now, it's time to run outside and let all of his friends see what he's made of himself...and say to them...Merry Christmas!

Ferald's Candle Light

A little light shines in the hand of Ferald. There is something out there lurking in the dark, it leaves behind a stinch that singes the nose. Ferald must investigate to find out what it is. It gets awfully dark behind the shadows of the trees from within Woodzley. Ferald takes with him a single beacon of light, that shines through the gloom like a firefly in the night. But what is it that's out there, what foul creature lurks in this part of Woodzley? Suddenly, something emerges from the water of the pond, there's movement from behind the bush. Ferald is scared and his candle light is at its wick's end. His light goes out...and the dark claims him.

Ferald and The Christmas Boobies

Whimsical blue-footed boobies whom only appear where there is snow. They do not talk, not even a whisper, they communicate through the movement of their head. It may be one to a hundred of them at any given time. They seem to show up whenever Ferald is alone. They also travel beneath the surface of the snow, to get from one place to another. After an encounter with some of these little boobies, and in need of a few gifts to give. Ferald decides to give each of his friends a blue-footed booby as a Christmas present.

Ferald: The Smooth Ferret

Is Ferald and The Smooth Ferret one and the same? His friends doesn't seem to think so, and Ferald claims that he doesn't know who this Smooth character is. It's a wonder that he and The Smooth Ferret are never in the same place at the same time. Is this all an elaborate hoax put on by Ferald, or does he have two very different personalities? It's a mystery that baffles the mind, and I'm sure that someday the mystery will unfold.

Ferald Sleeping

Ferald's days are long...but his nap times are short. When you do manage to find him sleeping peacefully, he's usually lying in the grass just beyond the sunflower patch. On hot Summer days like this, he likes to feel his shiny golden fur blowing in the Summer's breeze. You can't help but wonder, what does a ferret dream about when he is asleep. What is Ferald dreaming about at this very moment? Well now, let us step away softly as not to disturb him, I'm sure he'll tell us all about his dream when he awakes.

Ferald's Taste Of Rain

With an umbrella in hand, Ferald races outside into the pouring rain. He doesn't let the rain keep him indoors. He believes that every raindrop holds a secret, and with every taste of a raindrop, that secret is revealed to him. As a series of events takes place each time he taste a raindrop, he sees into the past and future of the world around him. All under the watchful eyes of Pozzum, as she narrates us through this storm of enlightenment.

Getting to know Ferald and his Pals

The yellow fur bearer is Ferald. He and his pals live in a simple place known only as Woodzley. This fanciful patch of land is where you'll also find Mr. Wiggly, Pozzum, Kingston, Birzy and Sahsha. Ferald himself lives in a Hollow Log House built by his own two hands. All of Ferald's friends in a collection of artwork based on my characters. Bound to his next adventure, born to have fun, known for his love of nature...Ferald has enough whimsy to make children smile and adults feel young again.
To say that Pozzum has a crush on Ferald would be an understatement. This cute nuisance worships the ground he walks on, sometimes, she even calls him "My Ferald." An adorable drama queen wrapped up in a bow...that's simply who she is. If she's not wanting to join Ferald on his latest adventure, you can find her hanging upside down in her favorite tree. Oh, and she doesn't like Sahsha very much.

Mr. Wiggly is the oldest and wisest creature in Woodzley, his knowledge of nature is boundless. I guess you can call him something of a father figure to Ferald. His days are mostly spent in his mossy realm making toast and tea. Sometimes he's annoyed by Ferald's juvenile antics, but he admires his adventurous curiosity for nature and his carefree ways.
Kingston is a ubiquitous little cub who is sneaky, gullible, playful and bossy all rolled up into one. Yet, he's always fun to be around. You can usually find him in his dusty little den.

Birzy a talkative whippoorwill who's a faithful friend to anyone. He has a phobia about getting mud in between his toes, so he tries not to land on the ground, even when it's not muddy. This is why he's usually found on top of one's head, especially Ferald's.
Ferald's girl-ferret friend Sahsha. She's nice, polite, friendly and caring. No one knows where Sahsha lives. Once every-so-often she would visit Woodzley, to pick some wildflowers to eat along the willow grove. Ferald adores her, but he doesn't seem to pay much attention to Pozzum whenever Sahsha is around, and that just doesn't sit well with Pozzum.

His name is Meany, and he's a friend to no one. Once, in a distant part of Woodzley, lived a docile and noble grizzly bear. Never should have he drank from a puddle of tainted water--that was surged with a portion of spoiled blueberries and a hint of magic. This liquid that does not evaporate nor freeze, has now and forevermore altered him. His brown fur turned as black as coal, his blue eyes serve as a beacon of evil. Where nobility once stood, now lies a vicious persona of his former self...who only lives to destroy. Ferald has met his enemy and he is BIG! Those claws on his paws can cut through steel. He is feared by all. Do not let him see you, if he does, you better RUN...and you better not get caught!
